Freemotion Embroidery – Follow on workshop -Layered Pictures on Wednesday 23rd July
Those who have done "An Introduction to Freemotion Embroidery" with Caroline in April or last year may like to join her in extending your skill in this workshop.
Choose from two lovely layered pictures and create your very own layered raw edge applique and freemotion masterpiece. This class is ideal for those who have completed the beginners workshop or have had a go at freemotion before. Throughout the workshop you will be guided through each individual step with clear and detailed plans to build up your picture in your chosen fabrics. Nicely presented in a special ‘frame’ you can choose to add buttons and bead embellishments and a lovely ribbon to finish off your layered picture. You will be taught all the skills needed to make the most out of this fantastic technique and leave the workshop with the knowledge and ability to continue with your own designs in the future. This workshop is taught by Caroline Michelle who is a textile artist specialising in freemotion embroidery.
