This whimsical quilt uses linen and hand-dyed woven wools, and has a finished size of 55"x56". This is designed as a 12-part quilt which comes as a stand alone pattern (with all 12 parts together), &/OR you can break the pattern apart and run it as a BOM. This is one of the most relaxing quilts I have ever made, consisting mainly of wool applique and stitchery. Each block has at least 6 applique images to create, each being stitched on a natural linen background. These are then stitched down onto a background fabric, giving the illusion of the blocks floating around together.
