Please note - by signing up to this workshop - you are booked on both Saturday 14th March and Saturday 11th April 

This workshop is spread over two full days - one month apart.

Day 1 involves  a number of techniques -  including precision piecing, learning to cut with a paper template (which  is supplied), making stems, appliqué and how to make the centre circles of the design. 

This piece of patchwork will need to be completed with borders attached ready for day 2.

Day 2  involves layering up , marking the design and quilting with a walking foot. ( No free motion in this workshop) All 4 borders are of a different design that can be upscaled or downscaled for future projects. 

During the day, Andrea will discuss thread choices and give advice about choices of quilt design.

 

         *Suitable for Beginners Plus - those of you with some experience
