Full day workshop on Wednesday 21st August making a landscape in fabric inspired water lilies . The finished piece will be approx: 40cm x 35cm.
Kate will guide you through the process of making a scene similar in style to this example. There is plenty of scope for individual outcomes and creativity. She will show you how to layer the fabrics, and use a fusible web to attach everything, as well as demonstrating free motion embroidery to finish the piece.
This project relies on hand dyed fabrics which Kate will provide on the day. Extra fusible web may need to be purchased on the day.
Sewing Machine needed.
